Digital Products & Refunds

The Feeling Detectives sells downloadable and online digital products, including printable activity books, colouring resources and interactive digital experiences.

Instant digital access

Many of our digital products are supplied immediately after purchase by email, download link or online access.

Because digital products can be accessed straight away, they are treated differently from physical goods.

Where you choose immediate access to digital content, you agree that digital delivery may begin straight away.

Once digital supply has begun, and where you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right, you may no longer have the standard 14-day right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind.

Change-of-mind refunds

Because our downloadable products can be accessed immediately, we do not normally offer refunds for change of mind once digital delivery or access has begun.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing and contact us before purchase if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.

If something goes wrong

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If:

  • you receive the wrong product,
  • a download link does not work,
  • you cannot access something you have purchased,
  • the digital content is faulty, or
  • the product is materially different from the description,

please contact us and we will try to resolve the problem promptly.

Where required by law, appropriate remedies may include repair, replacement, repeat access, a price reduction or refund.

Digital files

Digital purchases are for the purchaser's personal use unless a product specifically states otherwise.

Files must not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing services or commercially reproduced without permission.

Teachers, practitioners or organisations should check the licence stated on the individual product before sharing materials with others.

  • a short description of the problem.

We will use that information to help locate your order and resolve the issue.
